Challenge!

She's a Sassy Lady had a challenge to create a card using the Gypsy. The challenge was to make a card using a window. I used Gypsy Wanderings to create my "star" card.

Throwback Thursday with Emma!

For the Throwback Thursday Challenge with Emma I used Stampin' Up cardstock for the base, the other solid colors are from Papertrey Ink and the patterned paper is from Cloud 9 Design. I used a stamp for my image from Fresh Cuts by Stampin' Up . I love the fall colors.

Throwback Thursday
To make my jack-o-lantern card I used the Stretch Your Imagination cartridge. I welded the base of the card using my gypsy, then I layered the top of the card. The image was cut at 5 inches. The stem is cut in green and then I added glitter glue to the jack-o-lantern.

Birthday Cards

I had a few birthday cards that I needed to get sent out. I especially love how the cow card turned out. The idea for that one came from Emma at My Creative Time.

Now that I am back teaching, my time to create is very limited, plus my three children are involved in fall sports, therefore my husband and I are usually busy attending sporting events. Thank goodness for the weekend to get some down time to create. Have a great rest of the weekend.

Emma's Throw Back Thursday "Back to School"

I used my Gypsy to create this card. I used "#1 Teacher" from Wild Card, and I used the apple and notebook die cuts from Gypsy Wanderings. I doodled around the edges of the images.

Projects

Here are a few projects that I have been working on. The first project is a memo pad-pen holder that I made to give as a small gift to my fellow co-workers at Christmas time. I was real happy with the results. The idea is from Made by Momo.

The next project is a gift that I created for my Great Aunt who has her 70th Jubilee this weekend. I used Wordle.net to create the layout of the descriptive words. I want to put it into a frame yet. The Create-A-Critter owl card is for my Great Aunt as well. The outside says You are... and inside it says amazing! Congratulations!

The "Hello Foxy" card was for my husband on his birthday. He really liked this card. I sometimes find it challenging to create cards for men.
